Our Story

Wharfe Legal Group provides a range of comprehensive solutions to the more time-consuming tasks that file handlers, solicitors and legal executives face on a regular basis.

Wharfe Legal Group was set up to provide a variety of bespoke legal services, with our primary offering being the preparation of detailed witness statements covering nearly all aspects of civil litigation. Each of our members has a minimum of 10 years' experience working in either the legal or insurance sector, ensuring we have the knowledge to procure and present Claimant's evidence in the best possible light.

Alongside extensive experience in PI Claims, ranging from trips and slips to high-value, complex claims, we also have experience in preparing statements covering a variety of other areas, including providing court-mandated template statements for class action suits (such as GDPR breaches involving high volumes of Claimants). Our members have extensive experience in specialised fields such as military claims (from NIHL to harrassment, bullying and serious injury), medical negligence and mesothelioma.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, evidenced by our excellent success rates. Due to our experience in the sector, not only will the Claimants evidence be presented clearly and concisely, but we are often able to identify potential points of interest or contention during file review and the subsequent interview process. This allows us to address such matters directly with Claimants during interview, often saving customers considerable amounts of their own time.
